I am very sorry to hear that you had such a disappointing experience with KLM.
In my own personal experience I have always found them to be a very good airline and their customer service hard to beat.
Amsterdam Schiphol airport is my favourite hub in Europe and KLM have long been my favourite airline.
Often when I hear of other passengers disappointment, especially those who have flown Premium or Business Class it makes me wonder about what expectations they may have had and how realistic they were.
I got food poisoning from KLM.
Oh Dan ….. you need to be a cabin crew for 25 years before you can understand that the second we get on board the aircraft, catering shit is NOT our first priority!

I flew klm from 2001 to 2013 with up to an average of 24 flights a year, then in 2013 I had a delayed flight and they forced me to sleep in the terminal. That was the last flight and that is facts

I would of starved on the flight. KLM used to have good food in Busimess. After Covid it went down hill.
